With degrees in psychology and cognitive science, and having spent many years working at the intersection of psychology and AI, I've watched as recent advances in AI have opened up exciting new possibilities.
We can now do more than just make existing therapy more accessible - we can create entirely new ways to support mental health, like systems that are available 24/7 and learn about you over time to provide personalized support across multiple modalities.

While I’m a big believer in the value of therapy with trained mental health professionals, the barriers to accessing traditional therapy are significant:
